  3. Super Motion Compression Card, a real time, full motion video and stereo audio
  4. compression and decompression card for ISA based PCs.  The card uses the JPEG
  5. algorithm to store video motion clips and audio to a hard disk, and plays
  6. the compressed clips back from the same disk or a CD-ROM.  The card can store
  7. video clips at an average disk storage rate of 10MB per minute of source 
  8. material, according to the manual.  The JPEG chip set allows compression and 
  9. decompression of video at 30 frames per second.  The Super Motion Compression
  10. card supports Microsofts DV-MCI development environment.

  13. from a PC to broatcast quality video for VDRs and TVs.
